Job Title: Biostatistician

Job Duties: Uses the NCI method to model distribution of dietary intakes in populations; designs Randomized Clinical Trials; performs biostatistical consulting. Applies generalized-linear, non-linear, mixed-effects and nonparametric regression models, Bayesian analysis, Monte Carlo techniques, survival analysis, categorical data analysis; applies sample survey methods and works with census data. Applies Machine Learning techniques and programs in R and Python.

Requirements: MS in Biostatistics and one FTE year of experience in job offered or in Biostatistical Research. Will accept any job title so long as experience or education includes: health related biostatistical analysis and consulting; use of NCI method for dietary assessment; design of randomized clinical trials; non-linear, mixed-effects, nonparametric regression models; Bayesian analysis, Monte Carlo techniques, survival and categorical data analysis, sample survey methods; and working with census data, machine learning techniques (will accept neural networks OR tree-based methods), and programming in R and Python.

Salary: $91,021/year
